Scheduled scans

Set up automatic recurring scans and get alerted when your score drops.

What are scheduled scans?

Scheduled scans automatically run a base audit (performance and SEO) on your site at a set frequency. You'll be notified by email if your overall score drops 5 or more points since the last scan.

Scheduled scans run the base scan only — performance and SEO. Content analysis is not included. Available on Pro and Agency plans.

Setting up a schedule

On your project page, find the Automatic scans toggle. Enable it and choose how often:

  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Bi-weekly
  • Monthly
  • Custom — every 1 to 90 days

Your selection is saved and runs until you disable it. You can update the schedule at any time from your project settings.

Score drop alerts

If any scan — scheduled or manual — detects that your overall score has dropped 5 or more points since the previous scan, you'll receive an email alert immediately. This works regardless of whether you triggered the scan or it ran automatically.

Score drops often indicate something changed on your site — a plugin update, a new page, or a third-party script being added. Scheduled scans catch these automatically before they affect your rankings.

Managing your schedule

Your current schedule and next scan time are shown on your project page. Update or disable the schedule at any time from Project settings → Automatic scans.
